1.配置config.json
"SecretId" 为以AKID开头的密钥ID，标识API调用者身份
"SecretKey" 为加密签名字符串和服务器端验证签名字符串的密钥
"Region" 为地域名
"Bucket" 为存储桶名称，格式为bucket-appid

Windows系统执行cos-speed-test.exe
Linux系统执行cos-speed-test
